Dedicated to the memory of Liz
This site is a tribute to our beloved Liz.
A fun, compassionate and caring person who had a heart of gold.
Liz passed away during the early hours of Sunday 11th February after suffering from a brain haemorrhage the night before.
In recent months, Liz was undergoing treatment for Post-Transplant Lymphoproliferative Disorder and had suffered from refractory ITP since August 2023.
Back in 2012, Liz underwent a Kidney transplant. Kidney Research UK is a charity that sits close to our hearts, as it has supported both our Liz and her Father, Keith Oakley; who sadly passed away back in September 2023.
We would be most grateful for any donations and contributions.

The Funeral Arrangements for Liz
The Funeral service will take place on Thursday 28th March 2024 at 11:15am at Seven Hills Crematorium.
The family welcome you to join us at Henley Community Centre IP6 0RP shortly after the service.
We encourage you to wear formal clothing with a touch of colour. Liz loved a touch of colour!
If you would like to attend the service and/or the wake, please notify a family member in good time.
